・あなたが作成したファンアートを、くらげ茶ぷりんの配信やSNSなどで公開、紹介などをしても構わない方。
Those who don't mind showing and introducing fan art you created on Kurage Chaplin distribution, SNS, etc.
・あなたが作成したファンアートを用いた動画などを、くらげ茶ぷりんの配信やSNSなどで制作、公開しても構わない方。
You are willing to allow Kurage Tea Purin to create and publish videos and other content using the art you create.
・もしトラブルが発生した際に、修正や削除などの変更を受け入れてくれる方。
If you encounter any problems, you must be willing to accept changes such as modifications or deletions.
・以上の条件を守る個人のクリエイターの方は、二次創作での制作物で自由に収入を得ることが可能です。
Individual creators who adhere to the above conditions can freely earn income from their derivative works.

一般向け、NSFWコンテンツの一部に製作可能です。
制作にあたって、キャラクターデザインの一部を変えたり、服装の解釈を変更してもかまいません。
NSFWコンテンツについては、トリミングなどで対処できない場合サイトでの紹介ができない場合があります。
Can be produced for general use or as part of NSFW content.
You may make some changes to the character design and interpretation of clothing in your production.
NSFW content may not be published if it cannot be handled by cropping or other means.
・会員制サイト/Patreon,FANBOX,etc
各種会員制サイトにて、あなたの制作したファンアートを自由に公開することができます。その際、こっそり見せてくれると私は喜びます。
You can publish fan art on a limited basis. If you do, I will be delighted if you show me a sneak peek.
・同人誌/Do-jin
制作したイラストなどを同人誌等に収録することは歓迎されます。
キャラクター名やTwitchへのリンクが記入されていると尚喜びます。
You are welcome to include the illustrations and other materials you have created in doujinshi and other publications.
We are more than happy to include character names, hashtags, and links to Twitch.
・音楽/Music
キャラクターをテーマとした作品や、配信者の声を素材にした作品を公開しても問題りません。
MVなどに使用したい場合、事前に問い合わせていただけるとスムーズです。
It is not a problem to publish works with a character theme or using the voice of the distributor as material.
If you would like to use them in a music video, etc., please contact us in advance to make sure everything goes smoothly.
・動画および動画配信、生放送及び、ストリーミング系サイト/SNS & Streaming site
イラストや音楽の制作工程を配信される場合、ご連絡いただければRT、宣伝などで協力させていただきます。

他者のコンテンツと絡ませる場合、必ず両方に承諾をもらってください。
Cannot be combined with content from authors other than Kurage Chaplin.
If both parties have permission, this rule will be ignored.
・くらげ茶ぷりんの名誉を傷つけるような目的、意図、結果での利用。
どのような意図があったとしても、結果としてそうなった場合は削除をお願いすることがあります。
